Pricing

WeddingOS is $97/month, billed monthly. There are no per-user fees -- your entire team is included.

Trial period

New accounts start with a trial period. Your trial end date is shown in your account settings. Reach out to the WeddingOS team before your trial ends to continue your subscription.

Making changes

To upgrade, cancel, pause, or ask about billing, contact support directly:

We don't do automated billing changes -- everything goes through a person.

Migration fee

If you're coming from another tool and need help migrating your existing clients, contacts, and data into WeddingOS, there is a one-time migration fee. Reach out to discuss scope and pricing.
